Stanford University Flu Information

This flu season, we encourage everyone to take proactive steps by getting vaccinated against the flu. Join us at one of our upcoming flu events across campus to safeguard your health and contribute to a healthier Stanford community.

Registration

Events will allow attendees to pre-register and select a time for vaccination OR walk in.

Pre-register (Preferred):Complete the online registration form in advance and pick a day and time to attend. Have your health insurance information available when completing the form.

Walk-ins: We also welcome walk-ins! Walk-ins should give themselves extra time to complete the registration form upon arrival. Walk-ins may experience a slightly longer wait than those who have pre-registered.

COVID-19 Vaccines

COVID-19 vaccines will be available at flu events.Check your insurance provider’s coverage of the COVID-19 vaccination. The vaccine costs $130 if not covered by an individual’s health insurance plan.

Select the COVID-19 vaccine when completing your registration if interested in getting the vaccine at the event.

Stanford University has contracted with VaxPro, LLC to provide easier access to the flu vaccine, through flu events on our campuses. For more information, please review the VaxPro Notice of Privacy Practices.
